The Texas Tech University Postgraduate Intercollegiate Athletics Administration Training Program is a 24-month program in the Athletics intended to provide on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate athletics administration.
Future leaders will experience administration principles such as:
Applying a standard of ethics to policy and administrative context
Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of current ticket operations
Communicating relevant information and ideas to management
Managing university resources to achieve organizational goals
Assist membership with donor priority parking
Assist member with RRC commitment, collection and account holds
Assist with RRC game day operations
Under the Direction of the Associate Director, Leadership Giving; Assist with Development, Management and Execution of Renewal and growth for: Premium Seating at Jones AT&T Stadium, Dan Law Field, and United Supermarkets Arena
Assist Associate Director, Leadership Giving, with Management of Current Victory Circle Members and Identification of Potential New Victory Circle Members
Assist with Planning and Coordination of Donor Travel for Away Games
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and previous experience with collegiate or professional athletics.
Previous experience working or participating in collegiate or professional athletics.
