The successful candidate will be reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Development and assisting in the management and operation of the Cowboy Joe Club. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as Annual Fund Director; Coordinate all solicitation, cultivation, stewardship, and donor relations, including fund drives; Perform monthly visits and actively solicit donors and potential donors; Assist with and improve Cowboy Joe Club stewardship program, including donor gift fulfillment; Oversee season ticket donation requirement audits and assist with all ticket operations as they apply to CJC; Oversee CJC website and develop opportunities to up-sale customers with online donation and ticket purchases; Directly oversee priority point implementation for priority seating and parking for football, basketball, and post-season events; Assist in the planning and organization of special events, including annual auction, home and away game receptions, and other fundraising activities; Actively participate in CJC Board of Directors meetings; Other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Development. The University of Wyoming Cowboy Joe Club is conducting a search for a Director for Development who is willing to work in a high paced and rewarding environment of intercollegiate athletics.
This is a benefited full-time 12 month position.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

•Experience with priority seating. •Donor Database Management experience. •Demonstrated knowledge or ability to learn Mountain West and NCAA rules and regulations. •Event planning and event sponsorship solicitation experience. •Strong organizational and computer skills. •Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a variety of diverse individuals, groups and organizations.
